John 14:6 says, "Jesus answered, I am the way, the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me."Jesus did not say I am a way. He specifically said, I am the way. Why? Because He was the only begotten Son who was sent by the Father to effect the salvation of the whole mankind.
So the saying that all streams lead to the same sea is false. There is no other way to the Kingdom of God except through Jesus Christ.
And He is the truth, not just one truth. Theologically speaking, to the Father, He is the only truth that is acceptable to Him.
And He is the life. Apart from Him, no life could ever have taken place because the whole of creation was created through and by Him.
He is also the resurrection and the life. Through Him we can attain eternal life if we believe in Him.
He was the only one who has come back from the grave and is now seated at the right hand of the Father, thus giving us the opportunity to enjoy eternal life with Him.
Thus the eternal message of the Gospel is: Jesus Christ lived and died; He has risen; He will come again to judge the living and the dead.
