The Lord Protects Us From Danger And Untimely Death
"I love the Lord, for He heard my voice,
He heard my cry for mercy.
Because He turned His ear to me,
I will call on Him as long as I live.
The cords of death entangled me,
the anguish of the grave came upon me;
I was overcome by trouble and sorrow.
Then I called on the name of the Lord:
'O Lord, save me!'
The Lord is gracious and righteous;
our God is full of compassion.
The Lord protects the simplehearted;
when I was in great need, He saved me.
Be at rest once more, O my soul,
for the Lord has been good to you."
Psalm 116: 1-7
Those who fear the Lord and are obedient to His will need not fear any danger or untimely death. The angel of the Lord encamps at the tent of those who love Him. Even if thousands fall at the wayside and ten thousand surround those who fear the Lord, they shall be unharmed for their protection is the Lord. The Bible says that no weapon made by man shall harm those who fear the Lord and walk in His ways.

Hi Caca,
I do not know where you get the phrase but you are absolutely right. He is always inside us even if we do not feel His presence. I hope you will always feel His presence in your life my young friend. Thanks for your visit and comments. God bless you always my young friend.
Hi Priya Joyce,
I have long ago reconciled with that term which at first I was hesitant to use. In my Christian life, I discovered that fear of the Lord is that reverential awe of Him, that fear to offend Him after all the wonderful things He has done to my life. It is that fear that keeps us from sinning and returning to our old wicked ways. Abba Father is for the Father which Jesus Christ Himself uses when addressing His Father. We have the same right to address the Father as Abba Father since we are adopted sons and daughters of God and co heir with Jesus Christ in the kingdom of God. Thanks for your visit and comments. God bless you always my young friend.
