Our Heavenly Dwelling

"Now we know that if the earthly tent
we live in is destroyed, we have a
building from God, an eternal house in
heaven, not built by human hands.

Meanwhile we groan, longing to be
clothed with our heavenly dwelling,
because when we are clothed, we
will not be found naked.

For while we are in this tent, we
groan and are burdened, because
we do not wish to be unclothed
but to be clothed with our heavenly
dwelling, so that what is mortal may
be swallowed up by life.

Now it is God who has made us
for this very purpose and has
given us the Spirit as a deposit,
guaranteeing what is to come."

2 Corinthians 5: 1-5

While we are with our physical bodies, we groan from all the trials and burdens in life. We struggle to keep in step with our sole purpose in life- to please God and give glory to His name. So that when our earthly lives are over, we will be clad in our glorious heavenly bodies to be with the Lord forevermore in His heavenly abode.

Oh yes I long to be clothed in my heavenly body.No pain, all gain.

I want to abolish Religion
all religions

Love God
Love your neighbor

u dont need a religion to do that
u dont need to belong to any Church

I firmly believe Jesus wud disown the Christian Church, if He were to come back to Earth

Jesus is anti-religion
He was born a Jew

He revolted against the rituals and traditions of the Jews

hence He was crucified by High Priests

Hi Anonymous,
In a way I agree with you my friend. Religion can never save us. Only the personal relationship with Jesus Christ will do that. Thanks for your insightful comments. God bless.
