The Lord Watches Over You
The Lord Watches Over You
Psalm 121
"I lift up my eyes to the hills
where does my help come from?
My help comes from the Lord,
the Maker of heaven and earth.
He will not let your foot slip-
He who watches over you will not
slumber;
indeed, He who watches over Israel
will neither slumber nor sleep.
The Lord watches over you-
the Lord is your shade at your
right hand;
the sun will not harm you by day,
nor the moon by night.
The Lord will keep you from all harm-
He will watch over your life;
the Lord will watch over your
coming and going
both now and forevermore.
(Psalm 12: 1-8)
We can sleep peacefully knowing fully well that the Lord watches over us. He neither sleeps nor slumbers and will never let even our foot to slip. Thus is the protection covered by the Lord to His children who obey His will and follow His path. Joy and blessings will be theirs forevermore.

Brother Mel, thanks so much for your prayers for me and my baby... in some special way, I'm so assured on it!
This post/verse is my favorite or shall I say one of my life verse.. Thanks for this post and godbless!
Hi teJan,
Yes, I am praying for you as I am praying for some people too who have been placed in my heart by the Lord as burdens. I know the Lord will never leave you nor forsake you. It's nice to know that you are also holding on to some promises of God. They are our lifeline to heaven.
Thanks for the post. God bless you all always.
